Subscription Services Provided:
As a subscriber to Emily in Your Phone, you will receive regular updates which may include weekly newsletters, exclusive articles, and access to subscriber-only content.
Delivery of Services:
All content is delivered electronically via email to the address you provide at the time of subscription.
Ensure your email settings do not filter out emails from emilyinyourphone@substack.com.
Changes to Subscription:
Subscribers can modify their subscription details anytime through their own subscriber dashboard, accessible via Substack.com.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, subscribers will continue to have access to content until the end of the paid period.
To save you and me unnecessary Stripe fees, here are detailed instructions for how to cancel your subscription yourself:
1. Log in to your Substack account.
2. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your profile icon.
3. Go to the Subscriptions section.
4. Click on the publication you want to cancel.
5. Find the "Account actions" section and click on "To cancel your paid subscription, click here".
6. Click "Cancel Subscription".Refunds are not provided.
